Sales / Business Development Representative
 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  •  Able to commute and work in Kuala Lumpur Nexus Fintrade Marketing Office.

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of business strategies that align with company objectives, aiming for market expansion and revenue growth.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and propose innovative solutions.

  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and closing deals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

  • Work with the Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and the alignment of business development strategies.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Identify and engage potential clients and partners in the Fintech space, developing strong, lasting relationships.

  • Present the company’s products/services and communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business and grow revenue streams.

  • Meet established sales targets and business growth objectives within defined timeframes.

  • Ensure that all client proposals, contracts, and agreements are completed accurately and promptly.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

  • Deliver customized solutions and strategic insights to meet client requirements and strengthen relationships.

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED OF THE JOB)
 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales within the Fintech, financial services, or related industries.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, securing partnerships, and exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience with contract negotiation, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
     

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of the Fintech industry, its trends, and emerging technologies.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales pipeline management, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executives and clients.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
