Patrick Goh Boon Siah
Managing Director
Mr. Goh boasts over 15 years of extensive experience in Information Technology and Data Science research roles. Currently, he holds a key position in a Singapore-based hedge fund company, focusing on Trading Strategy Research and trading automation development. Collaborating closely with the Fund Manager, Mr. Goh plays a crucial role in crafting trading strategies based on intermarket analysis, spanning FX, CFD, and Futures instruments.
Notably, Mr. Goh holds the CMFAS Module 3 Rules & Regulations for Fund Management, showcasing his expertise in regulatory aspects. Furthermore, he possesses licensing certifications in SIDC Module 9 – Funds Management Regulation and Module 10, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Assets and Fund management.
Before entering the fund industry, Mr. Goh served in technology research lead roles at two multinational corporations, where he played a pivotal role in critical decision-making processes during product development.
In addition to his corporate roles, Mr. Goh is the founder of Thought Solution, a startup established in Malaysia in 2013. Through Thought Solution, he adds value to business partners by providing software solutions, including website development, online marketing, and software applications. Mr. Goh’s entrepreneurial spirit and technological acumen make him a valuable asset in both the financial and technology sectors.

OUR REGULATOR
Labuan Financial Services Authority
(LFSA)
The Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) was founded on February 15, 1996, in accordance with the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act of 1996. Labuan FSA serves as the official body tasked with overseeing the growth and management of the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (Labuan IBFC).
Labuan FSA is responsible for licensing and regulating entities operating within Labuan IBFC, ensuring their adherence to Labuan laws, regulations, and internationally adopted standards. The authority actively develops regulatory policies to facilitate the orderly conduct of business and financial services within Labuan IBFC.
