Hi I'm Winston Tan and I'm honored to serve as Director Nexus Fintrade Limited. Over the past 25 years, I’ve been deeply involved in the financial markets—working across FX broking, fixed income, credit derivatives, and structured products. I’ve had the privilege of leading trading desks, collaborating with IT teams to develop live trading platforms, and working directly with clients to craft bespoke strategies that support both growth and risk management.
Today, my focus lies in proprietary trading and family wealth management, where I continue to explore market opportunities with discipline and precision. Whether it’s guiding strategy for cash bonds, designing structured solutions, or analyzing macro shifts across asset classes, I believe in combining data, intuition, and experience to navigate markets with confidence.

Labuan Financial Services Authority
(LFSA)
The Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) was founded on February 15, 1996, in accordance with the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act of 1996. Labuan FSA serves as the official body tasked with overseeing the growth and management of the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (Labuan IBFC).
Labuan FSA is responsible for licensing and regulating entities operating within Labuan IBFC, ensuring their adherence to Labuan laws, regulations, and internationally adopted standards. The authority actively develops regulatory policies to facilitate the orderly conduct of business and financial services within Labuan IBFC.
